What's keeping you awake at night? This interactive special hosted by Professor Robert Winston aims to help the nation discover if it's sleep deprived and if lifestyle affects the quality of rest. Poor sleepers are put through a series of tests, the results of one of the UK's most comprehensive sleep surveys ever are announced and six of the most common sleep complaints are highlighted.
