Ruby's Health Quest: Stress (1995)
Presenter Ruby Wax looks at how different people have different levels of tolerance for stress, and finds out that the key to leading a stress-free life is to determine one's own level. She spends a day with a single mum with 3 kids and a low-paid job, a business whizz-kid who runs 5 companies at the same time and goes to The Samye Ling Buddhist sanctuary in a remote part of Scotland, where she meets people who have worked out strategies for happy and healthy lives.
